This would also go to reducing the variations in processes by aligning different tasks so that the operation runs more smoothly. LEAN Lean aims to remove any type of Waste from a process. Waste is defined as any part of the process which does not add value. Lean also strives to minimize lead times and speed up the process to ensure optimal workflow. INNOVATION Like the word says, to create something new. To push the boundaries and try something not even thought of previously. Innovation also aims to solve contradictions – e.g. to have a tablet and laptop in one! Ultimitely the Programme we build is aimed a meeting the customer need without adding costs.
